Ingredients
  • 1 bunch kangkong or water spinach

  • 4-5 cloves garlic

  • 3-4 Thai chilis

  • 1/3 cup vinegar

  • splash of soy sauce

  • salt

  • pepper

  • Fly By Jing Xtra Spicy Chili Crisp

Instructions

Wash and cut kangkong into small pieces.

Mince garlic and cut Thai chilis.

Sauté garlic and Thai chili peppers and set aside.

Fry kangkong and let it shrink.

Add in vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.

Pair with white rice and drizzle Xtra Spicy Chili Crisp on top!
