Ingredients
1 bunch kangkong or water spinach
4-5 cloves garlic
3-4 Thai chilis
1/3 cup vinegar
splash of soy sauce
salt
pepper

Instructions
Step 1:
Wash and cut kangkong into small pieces.
Step 2:
Mince garlic and cut Thai chilis.
Step 3:
Sauté garlic and Thai chili peppers and set aside.
Step 4:
Fry kangkong and let it shrink.
Step 5:
Add in vinegar, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
Step 6:
Pair with white rice and drizzle Xtra Spicy Chili Crisp on top!
