  1. Rinse salad greens.

  2. Cut cucumbers into thin matchsticks, cut scallions thinly, and cut grape tomatoes in half.

  3. Boil soba noodles for 6-7 minutes and rinse with cold water.

  4. Assemble with salad greens, noodles, cucumbers, tomatoes, scallions, and a soft boiled egg.

  5. Finish by drizzling Chili Crisp Vinaigrette, and enjoy.
