GLAZED OYSTER MUSHROOMS
A tangy and flavor-packed mushroom experience. Use it as a topping for your dinner bowl, or bring it as a side dish for that potluck with the friend group. Recipe by Jill Maniago (@jillcooksthings).
2 cloves garlic
¼ cup Fly By Jing Chili Crisp Vinaigrette
½ tbsp soy sauce
Wash and dry oyster mushrooms.
Marinate mushrooms with Chili Crisp Vinaigrette and soy sauce for about 10 minutes.
Sauté garlic until slightly brown and add in mushrooms until cooked.
Serve with white rice, scallions, and sesame seeds!
