Ingredients

- oyster mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- ¼ cup Chili Crisp Vinaigrette
- ½ tbsp soy sauce

A tangy and flavor-packed mushroom experience. Use it as a topping for your dinner bowl, or bring it as a side dish for that potluck with the friend group. 

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Mince garlic.
  2. Wash and dry oyster mushrooms.
  3. Marinate mushrooms with Chili Crisp Vinaigrette and soy sauce for about 10 minutes.
  4. Sauté garlic until slightly brown and add in mushrooms until cooked.
  5. Serve with white rice, scallions, and sesame seeds!
