Shipping

We offer shipping within the continental United States. Based on the increased cost of shipping, we are not able to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico Guam, the Northern Mariana Islands, American Samoa, or the U.S. Virgin Islands at this time (you can find a retailer near you here).

 

Standard shipping is free for orders over $65 and there is a $8 flat rate economy fee for orders under $65. At this time, we are not offering international shipping (but we hope to soon!).

 

All orders are shipped from our third party fulfillment partner within 48 to 72 hours and are shipped via DHL/USPS, FedEx or UPS. Once picked up by the carrier, standard shipping transit time is 3-7 business days depending on your region.

 

Gift Wrapping + Custom Notes

We do not offer gift wrapping, however the Triple Threat Gift Box, Shorty Triple Threat and Jing's Favorites come in gift-ready, limited edition luxury packaging.

You can add a gift note at checkout too! It will print on the packing slip.

 

Returns + Refunds

In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us at support@flybyjing.com.

If you aren't completely happy with your products, email or call us within 7 days of receipt and we will refund your order.

 

Wholesale + Corporate Orders

We are also available at select premium retailers in the US.

Storage + Shelf Life

Our sauces are shelf stable and can be safely stored at ambient temperatures. Our pantry items and sauces do not need to be refrigerated, however doing so can help to extend their freshness since we do not use preservatives in our products.

 

Are the sauces vegan?

All of our sauces, spice mix and pantry items are vegan, non-GMO and include no artificial additives or preservatives.
