RECIPE: SPICY ICE CREAM SANDWICH

SPICY ICE CREAM SANDWICH

Serving size: 6 ice cream cookie sandwiches

Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup creamy salted peanut butter

  • 1/2 cup butter

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 large egg

  • 3/4 tsp baking powder

  • vanilla ice cream

  • Fly By Jing Sichuan Chili Crisp

Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. Whisk together baking powder and flour.

  3. Mix together butter and sugars.

  4. Add in peanut butter.

  5. Add in egg and vanilla extract.

  6. Combine all together with flour mixture until thoroughly incorporated.

  7. Spoon our dough and flatten with a fork, about 1.5 inches in diameter.

  8. Bake for 8-10 minutes and let cool completely.

  9. Spread Sichuan Chili Crisp on the inside of two cookies.

  10. Add one scoop of vanilla ice cream on top of the inside of one cookie. Drizzle more sauce (optional).

  11. Place the other cookie on top, and repeat.
