SPICY CHEESY UDON CARBONARA

2 Thai chili’s (more or less depending on your spice tolerance)
1/2 can coconut milk
2-3 slices Kraft cheese
cream cheese (optional)
turkey bacon or regular bacon (set aside extra as a topping)
poached egg (optional)
green onion (for garnish)
Air fry the bacon.
Chop garlic and Thai chilis and cook in oil.
Add coconut milk, Kraft cheese, cream cheese, and Zhong Sauce and let it melt into a sauce
Cook udon noodles according to package instructions and boil frozen peas.
Add udon, peas, and Turkey bacon to sauce and mix together.
Add pasta to bowl and enjoy with more Zhong Sauce, poached egg, furikake, and green onion.
Slice in half and enjoy immediately.
