Ingredients
  • chopped garlic

  • 2 Thai chili’s (more or less depending on your spice tolerance)

  • 1/2 can coconut milk

  • Zhong Sauce 

  • 2-3 slices Kraft cheese

  • cream cheese (optional)

  • udon noodles

  • peas

  • turkey bacon or regular bacon (set aside extra as a topping)

  •  poached egg (optional)

  • turkey bacon

  • furikake

  • sesame seeds

  • green onion (for garnish)

Instructions

Air fry the bacon.

Chop garlic and Thai chilis and cook in oil.

Add coconut milk, Kraft cheese, cream cheese, and Zhong Sauce and let it melt into a sauce

Cook udon noodles according to package instructions and boil frozen peas.

Add udon, peas, and Turkey bacon to sauce and mix together.

Add pasta to bowl and enjoy with more Zhong Sauce, poached egg, furikake, and green onion.

Slice in half and enjoy immediately.
