Carrots

Red cabbage

Spinach

Instructions
Step 1:
Julienne carrots, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, red cabbage, and cucumber.
Step 2:
To assemble, spread Lemon Beet Ithaca Hummus on tomato basil wrap, then top with spinach followed by carrots, yellow bell pepper, red bell pepper, red cabbage, cucumber, spinach, and micro greens.
Step 4:
Roll, then cut the wrap in half to serve.
