A flavor packed, fool-proof crostini made with Cowgirl Creamery's Mt Tam alongside our Zhong Sauce and Chili Pepper Oil, making for an indulgent, spicy-sweet afternoon snack.

Instructions

While oven is preheating to 400F, cut baguette into thin slices and lay on a baking sheet

Using a basting brush, coat each baguette slice with Fly By Jing Chili Pepper Oil, then bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes until toasted or golden brown

Top each crostini with a wedge of Cowgirl Creamery Mt Tam, a piece of prosciutto, and drizzle with Fly by Jing Zhong Sauce
