Tribute Peppers

Historically, I’ve only purchased products that already incorporate this particular pepper into a broader list of ingredients. This was the first time I’ve worked with the actual raw pepper. Thanks to the power of the Internet, I found numerous ways to prepare and enjoy this. Due to my immense fondness for it, I’ve had a particularly difficult time NOT incorporating it into almost each and every meal. I’ve tried and regularly purchase four different products from this trusted company.

Amazing gift

Essentially being a type of peppercorn I had expected more of a black ground peppery experience, immediately upon opening the bag, I smelled the citrusy lemon like scent from the peppers which was a little strange at first and then I experienced the tongue numbing tingly sensation I had heard about a wanted to encounter. I was not disappointed.

I ordered all the ingredients you suggested in the Mapo Tofu recipe, which included these peppers. They have a sweet, citrusy smell and are unlike anything I've ever had. I absolutely love them, at least in the mapo tofu.
