I love this - it brings so much depth and flavor to everything I make. While I haven't gone all the way to ice cream, i find myself adding this to almost every dish i make - and it elevates it to new heights.
this isn't just about "heat" or "Spiciness" - this brings a richness way beyond that.

I bought the sichuan gold chili oil and was BLOWN! I have been using it on everything and it uplifts every meal!!! When I first tried it I was transported back in time to a dinner I had when I was living in China. This is incredibly authentic and so tasty!!!!
