All of the chili sauces and the noodles are excellent and first choice in our house along with the tried and true Lao Gan Ma chili crisp. I get the reason the Asian-owned is front and center because authenticity matters with Chinese food; especially with regional flavors in places like Sichuan. I lived in Chongqing for a long time and my family is Chinese. It doesn’t matter that it’s woman owned. That has nothing to do with the food. We can already see her name and likeness on the products, packaging, online, and on the website. Let’s leave the exhausting not applicable identity marketing out of what is otherwise excellent products. 家里的所有辣酱和面条都是一等一的好选择，当然还有那款久经考验的老干妈辣椒酱。我能理解为什么“亚洲人经营”要放在显眼位置，因为中餐讲究正宗，尤其是像四川这样的地方菜系。我在重庆住过很久，我家也是中国人。是不是女性经营，这跟食物本身无关。她的名字和形象已经出现在产品、包装、线上以及官网上了。其他的身份营销就留给别人去操心吧，我们只想享受本来就很棒的产品。

We tried the Sweet Spicy noodles first. The consistency of the noodles was great, but I must say, how spicy they were. It was quite a surprise since the zhong sauce is no where near that spicy. Looking forward to trying the other two varieties.
