On my third bottle. I have a difficult time sharing because I want it all to myself. I love it on canned sardines, mussels, oysters with rice or sourdough. Simple, but delicious. I love adding it to almost any noodle recipe that has soy sauce. Please make this forever.

I use this to make sichuan chili mayo, and I top mackerel to have on toast. Really special flavors, not just sichuan peppercorn heat like you get in a lot of other more standard chili oils. Mix it with some vinegar for a dumpling sauce, too. Worth it!!

Balanced just right spice in a nutty base that is delicious on chicken, in noodles, on rice , and more. A standout from the run of the mill hot sauces.
