I am impressed with the flavor and texture of chengdu crunch. When I read the ingredient list, soy beans, yellow split peas, pumpkin seeds are listed. No wonder the texture blows my mind. These seeds and beans not only add texture, they also add flavor. The flavor is not your typical Asian sauce with lots of preservatives and unknown ingredients. Chengdu church tastes clean with big punch.

We got the 4 little jars, then came back for the 4 larger ones. The whole family loves them!
