10 Year Aged Black Vinegar

I love a good, authentic Modena balsamic vinegar. I’d put this vinegar in the same category. I was wowed by the first spoonful tasted straight from the bottle, it is dark and a little thick, with a wonderful umami flavor of black garlic. I will be reserving this exquisite vinegar as a “finishing” vinegar, like fine balsamic, to be drizzled over almost everything savory!

Loved this vinegar and so glad to stop substituting with a rag-tag assortment of other condiments.

I luv vinegars and this one is rich, deep and dark and sweet and zingy!

I’m trying to figure out how to incorporate it into breads and cookies!

The only Chinese vinegar I use.

Great flavor! Guess I’d call it deep & sophisticated… as well as versatile.

I bought Jing's "The Book of Sichuan Chili Crisp" and can't wait to try this.
