    Delicious Vinegar!!

    I love a good, authentic Modena balsamic vinegar. I’d put this vinegar in the same category. I was wowed by the first spoonful tasted straight from the bottle, it is dark and a little thick, with a wonderful umami flavor of black garlic. I will be reserving this exquisite vinegar as a “finishing” vinegar, like fine balsamic, to be drizzled over almost everything savory!
