    SO much better than a plain 'chili oil'

    I use this to make sichuan chili mayo, and I top mackerel to have on toast. Really special flavors, not just sichuan peppercorn heat like you get in a lot of other more standard chili oils. Mix it with some vinegar for a dumpling sauce, too. Worth it!!

    Perfect combination of sesame oil and spice

    Balanced just right spice in a nutty base that is delicious on chicken, in noodles, on rice , and more. A standout from the run of the mill hot sauces.

    Liquid Gold. *ALL THE STARS!!!!* (+ a side of extra stars)

    I freaking love this with the power of the sun. one of my local grocery stores had this (for a minute) and I'd been eyeing it to try. I bought it because I doubted it had Sichuan pepper in it.... oh it does. I find they have a very distinctive taste (that I love) and was very excited! (then soon as I bought it, they stopped carrying it) This isn't just run-of-the-mill chili oil, this is a leg up, next level flavor. I've been hoarding my last bottle, and just got 2 more (for stocking up) from Jing. Guess who's a happy guy? LOL

    If you like spicy, this is for you, if you want some chili oil that is fragrant and flavorful, with a little zing- this is might be your jam. Or oil, rather.

    It's certainly mine.
