    Noodles are top tier

    Noodles are top tier, but the sauce needs some work. There’s no depth and tastes flat. Maybe add a little sugar and acid to balance the salt.

    Fly By Jing best noodles around

    I love Fly by Jing noods! I decided to try the Classic Soy version when I want to turn down the heat. I must admit that I do like a little kick to my noods, so I save a little sweet & spicy sauce from my Sweet & Spicy Noodles just to take it up a notch. I’ve just ordered the triple set of noodles.

    These noodles are great for a quick lunch, to tame hunger before dinner, or even for breakfast as my daughter likes them.
