The Roasted Garlic Ramen definitely smells like roasted garlic but the sauce is black and thick but doesn’t have a heavy soy sauce flavor. Very easy to make, sauce coated noodles well and it did not have an overwhelming flavor. Very good. Hubby tried the new sesame flavor and he loved it.
