INSTRUCTIONS
- Rinse salad greens.
- Cut cucumbers into thin matchsticks, cut scallions thinly, and cut grape tomatoes in half.
- Boil soba noodles for 6-7 minutes and rinse with cold water.
- Assemble with salad greens, noodles, cucumbers, tomatoes, scallions, and a soft boiled egg.
- Finish by drizzling Chili Crisp Vinaigrette, and enjoy.
