INSTRUCTIONS
- Put cornstarch and milk in separate bowls.
- Put flour in another shallow bowl, then mix in pepper, salt, and white pepper powder.
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Coat chicken in corn starch, then milk, and then flour before placing it onto a plate. Note: Repeat until all chicken is coated.
- In a pan, use enough oil to cover the surface of the pan.
- On high heat, fry chicken pieces for 6-7 minutes or until golden brown.

- Turn off heat and pour sauce over chicken until covered.
