12 wonton wrappers
7 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp Zhong Sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp rice vinegar
Instructions
Put cornstarch and milk in separate bowls.
Put flour in another shallow bowl, then mix in pepper, salt, and white pepper powder.
Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.
Coat chicken in corn starch, then milk, and then flour before placing it onto a plate.
Repeat until all chicken is coated.
In a pan, use enough oil to cover the surface of the pan.
On high heat, fry chicken pieces for 6-7 minutes or until golden brown.
Turn off heat and pour sauce over chicken until covered.
Garnish with sesame seeds.
To make the fried wonton wrappers, coat a separate small pan with enough oil to cover the surface.
On high heat, place a wonton wrapper in the pan until golden brown.
Shape the wrapper with chopsticks to achieve a taco shell-like shape.
Place two pieces of chicken in each wonton wrapper, then garnish with cilantro, and enjoy!
