RECIPE: CHILI OIL PALOMA

Spice up your next happy hour and thank us later. This chili oil paloma features our favorite Asian inspired sparkling water, Sanzo, and our own Sichuan Chili Crisp and Mala Spice Mix for a refreshingly fiery cocktail with a citrusy kick. Just trust us on this one.

CHILI OIL PALOMA

Ingredients

1 shot tequila or mezcal
1 shot grapefruit juice
1/2 shot lime juice
Generous squirt of date syrup
Hot honey to taste
1/4 tsp hili oil from Sichuan Chili Crisp
2 tbsp Mala Spice Mix
1 cup Sanzo Yuzu sparkling water

Instructions
  1. In a cocktail shaker add tequila or mezcal, grapefruit juice, date syrup, hot honey, sparkling water, and ice.

  2. Shake shake shake!

  3. For the rim: place 2 tbsp of Mala Spice Mix onto a small plate, run a lime wedge along the rim of the cup, then dip your glass until coated.

  4. Pour mixture into glass, and top with chili oil to taste.
